Terms of Service
Last Updated: Jan 23, 2026
Welcome to Accountify. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and usage of the digital invoicing platform, user dashboards, browser extensions, single-click web plugins, and managed integration pipelines provided by Accountify ("we," "us," or "our"). This agreement is signed electronically between Accountify and any person or business entity registering an account ("User," "you," "Enterprise Partner").
By registering an account, initializing our software extension, or utilizing any compliance services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound completely by these Terms. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing the Platform and must immediately discontinue use.
1. Account Registration & Corporate Eligibility
To use our real-time streaming tools, you must register a corporate profile. You explicitly agree to the following provisions:
- Legal Competence: You represent and warrant that you possess the full structural legal authority to bind your business organization, active National Tax Number (NTN), and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) to this platform architecture.
- Credential Safety: You assume complete individual responsibility for safeguarding your master panel passwords, API authentication codes, and browser runtime permission tokens. Any operational activity conducted under your account is legally attributed to your firm.
- Data Veracity: You must supply entirely truthful, complete corporate details. Maintaining false parameters or spoofing tax profile indicators constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
2. Managed Platform Role & Data Liability
Accountify operates strictly as a managed software-as-a-service platform that interfaces with the free direct integration endpoints provided by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR/PRAL/IRIS).
- Data Processor Designation: Accountify functions solely as a technology channel and data transmission bridge. We do not audit, authenticate, screen, or modify the baseline sales numbers, item valuations, HS codes, or calculation methods submitted through your browser plugin or dashboard form. All source payload accuracies remain exclusively your structural liability.
- Compliance Risks: Ensuring that your corporate entities conform to actual FBR tax definitions and statutory filing periods remains your sole fiduciary duty. Accountify is not responsible for audits or administrative penalties generated by incorrect tax scenarios or faulty values entered at your point of origin.
3. PRAL/IRIS Endpoint Integrity & System Downtimes
Because automated digital compliance relies on third-party government systems, platform parameters are constrained as follows:
- Upstream System Stability: While Accountify maintains high platform uptime and active data logs, scheduled or unexpected outages affecting official state portals (FBR/IRIS/PRAL APIs) are beyond our control. Accountify is completely exempt from liability for operational bottlenecks or missed reporting timelines resulting from target API drops.
- Continuous Integration Adjustments: FBR regularly publishes updated Statutory Regulatory Orders (SROs) and programmatic endpoint configuration changes. We execute continuous deployment adjustments to keep our application mapping synchronized. However, we cannot guarantee instantaneous adaptation to unannounced, breaking changes deployed by government portals.
4. Browser Extension & Runtime Environments
Our proprietary web extraction plugin operates within your browser framework. Its ongoing functionality depends on appropriate environment conditions:
- Plugin Interference: Installing conflicting browser plugins, script blockers, or modifying core browser execution privileges may inhibit software data processing pipelines. Users are responsible for configuring local workstations to support Accountify extension layers.
- Limited License: Accountify grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive authorization to install and run our extension strictly to fulfill your business’s immediate automated compliance workflows.
5. Flat Pricing, Billing Cycles, & Free Trial Policies
We maintain an upfront and transparent billing framework across our software services:
- Complimentary Trial Period: Registered businesses receive their opening 30 days entirely free of charge with full unthrottled parameters to properly test all 28 tax scenarios.
- Subscription Choices: To maintain integration access after Day 30, accounts require a paid subscription:
- Flexible Plan: PKR 1,000 per month, per registered business profile, billed month-to-month.
- Annual Savings Plan: PKR 11,000 per year, per business, providing one full month covered completely free.
- Rate adjustments: We retain the clear right to shift subscription thresholds upon supplying at least 30 days of notice directly to your primary corporate contact email or dashboard billing interface.
6. Prohibited Activities
When operating Accountify dashboards or plugins, you explicitly promise that your teams will not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror, extract, or scrape components of the Accountify layout or core extension scripts.
- Inject malicious packages or stream automated overload requests designed to degrade performance logs across our server networks.
- Utilize sub-account structures to systematically route unauthorized third-party business traffic under your single corporate subscription profile.
- Transmit invoices reflecting transactions prohibited under the statutory criminal codes of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
7. Intellectual Property
The Accountify logo, application frameworks, codebase structures, user interface hierarchies, custom dashboard visuals, and specific browser integration scripts are the exclusive proprietary property of Accountify. Unauthorized distribution or copying of these digital elements is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Accountify, its developers, and corporate directors shall not be held liable for any indirect, circumstantial, punitive, or consequential losses—including missed revenue, operational stops, administrative tax fines, or data retrieval fees—originating from your use or inability to use our platform layers. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Accountify harmless against any legal actions or regulatory financial penalties resulting from your data payloads, company tax strategies, or operational errors.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, read, and interpreted in full accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any structural legal claims, arguments, or contract disputes arising directly from your usage of the Platform shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts where our corporate registration is anchored.
10. Clarifications & Communication
If you have any questions, require formal clarifications, or wish to flag infrastructure issues regarding these Terms of Service, please send your communication to our administrative team at: inquiry@accountify.com.pk.
