Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Accountify. Because Accountify is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital integration pipelines and real-time FBR compliance tools, our operational structure handles returns and refunds differently than traditional physical product stores.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating any subscription plan layers.

1. Try Before You Buy (30-Day Free Trial)

To ensure that our system wrapped extensions, data logs, and compliance analytics fulfill your enterprise accounting matrix perfectly, Accountify offers a completely unrestricted 30-Day Free Trial Period for all newly registered corporate profiles.

During this introductory milestone, your business receives full access to our multi-company panels and 28 tax scenario integrations at zero cost (PKR 0).
We highly encourage using this trial phase to verify operational infrastructure alignment prior to moving onto paid subscription billing loops.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Once your promotional 30-day window concludes and you actively choose to select either our Flexible Plan (Monthly) or Annual Savings Plan, all payments cleared are final and non-refundable.

Accountify does not issue prorated refunds, fractional credits, or cash reversals for partially consumed subscription cycles or inactive dashboard periods.
This strict stance remains necessary as server maintenance allocations, continuous FBR/PRAL patch management, and real-time encryption pipeline costs are fixed upon provision.

3. Return Matrix Appended (Not Applicable)

Because our platform handles purely digital transaction bridges, browser utility integrations, and data hosting frameworks, Returns do not apply in any format to Accountify services. There are no physical items to package, return ship, or restock.

4. Seamless Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you retain full operational control over your automated billing trajectories:

You can cancel or pause your paid subscription matrix at any point directly through your master panel dashboard console.
Upon execution of a cancellation command, your integration systems and data flows will remain active until the exact final day of your current paid billing period. After this point, automated renewals stop and parameters are cleanly paused.

5. Resolution Support

If you encounter systemic transmission delays, broken connection extensions, or billing irregularities within your master panel, please contact our administrative desk immediately instead of processing external disputes. We will work dynamically to resolve pipeline synchronization drops.
